Play Studios Policies & Guidelines

CLASS INFORMATION

• Play Studios reserves the right to cancel any class at any time for any reason.

• Unless otherwise specified, all classes are 55 minutes in duration.

Late Arrival Policy:

• Students will not be admitted after the first 10 minutes of class.

• Only registered students are allowed inside the classroom. No parents or guardians in youth classes unless invited by the instructor.

Class Package Usage:

• Class packages are for personal use only and cannot be shared.

• Pricing does not include pop-up class pricing.

Refund Policy:

• No refunds will be issued for any purchases.

• For special circumstances, please reach out to management for assistance.

Make-Up Classes:

• No make-up classes are offered for missed sessions.

Studio Etiquette:

• Please be respectful of others' dance space. If you arrive late, enter quietly and move to the back of the room to avoid disruptions.

• Adult classes may include mature content. Children are not recommended to attend adult drop-in classes unless special permission is given by management and the instructor.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Class Cancellations:

• If fewer than two paying students are present, Play Studios may cancel the class.

• Pre-registered students will be notified via our booking system if a cancellation occurs.

Drop-In Class Cancellations:

• Students can cancel a drop-in class up to four Hours before the start time without penalty.

• If a cancellation is not made in time, or if a student fails to show up, the drop-in fee will be charged, or a class will be deducted from their package.

Special Program Policies:

• Cancellation terms for special programs such as workshops, master classes, and events may vary. Please refer to the specific program details.

• Play Studios reserves the right to cancel any class, program, or event without prior notice.
